Dennis P. Carlisle, PLS Survey Dept. Manager

Dennis has over 37 years of land surveying experience and has acquired a unique and well-rounded resume over the years performing surveys across the state and in many other parts of the country. He received his Utah Professional Land Surveying licensure in 1991 and is also licensed in Arizona, Colorado, and Wyoming. Tapping into that experience has enabled him to bring qualified and timely solutions to help solve land surveying issues in the residential & commercial developmentconstruction arena. Dennis has also provided survey-related services to a variety of municipalities across the state assisting with capital improvement projects, roadway dedications, easements, zoning, etc. He has worked for many years with other professionals in the title and legal industry providing boundary research, legal descriptions, easements, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, & boundary mediationresolution.

Dennis has served his profession and community in the past as:

  • President and Chapter Representative of the Timpanogos Chapter of UCLS (Utah Council of Land Surveyors) and member of the State Executive Board.
  • Member of the Advisory BoardAdjunct Instructor in the Geomatics Program at Utah Valley University.
  • Santaquin City Planning Commission
  • Vice-Chairman of the Genola Town Planning Commission.

In his spare time, Dennis enjoys working on his small farm, traveling to visit grandkids and spending time in the out of doors.
