Michael E. Taylor

Environmental Services Manager/Professional Engineer

Michael is a Professional Engineer with a passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship. Michael spent six years at Parsons Brinkerhoff where he engaged in NEPA work, highway and railway engineering, and transportation planning. Michael has led the planning and concept design for UTA’s 5600 West BRT, provided transportation analysis for the re-development plan for Park City’s Bonanza district, and helped to overhaul the transportation master plan for the west portion of Utah County. Michael hopes to be able to combine his strong background in NEPA and transportation planning with the skills of his colleagues at Civil Solutions Group to create a team that can offer a full range sustainable planning and engineering services.
